The route
Day 1 — Reykjavík
Pick-up from Keflavík, dinner together and a briefing on how aurora forecasting actually works.
Day 2 — Þingvellir & the rift
A walk between two tectonic plates, then a quiet farm guesthouse with dark skies.
Day 3 — South Coast
Seljalandsfoss from behind, Reynisfjara at low tide, the first night out under the sky.
Day 4 — Snæfellsnes
Lava fields, Kirkjufell at first light and a sea-view lodge for the evening watch.
Day 5 — Free day
Hot spring, sauna or a long sleep after a late aurora night. Your call.
Day 6 — Home
Slow breakfast and a transfer to the airport.
